Inside the course

You're good at what you do, your clients get results, people tell you you've changed their lives, and yet:

You rewrite the email twelve times before sending it or don't send it at all.

You set a price, then immediately drop it.

You post for two weeks, then disappear for a month.

You've been "about to launch" for longer than you'd like to admit.

You watch women who are less experienced, less skilled, less you build their businesses while yours stays stuck in the same loop.

You have a huge pile of items that you have created, and find an excuse not to set up that Etsy shop.

You know what to do; you just can't make yourself do it, and that is slowly driving you mad.

If that's you, keep reading, because what I'm about to describe will explain why none of the strategies has worked so far.

The pattern no one talks about

Here's what I see, again and again, in capable women who can coach everyone but themselves:

In your business, it looks like this:

You procrastinate on pricing, launching, selling, and visibility because something inside seizes up every time you try

You cycle between bursts of momentum and weeks of silence, and each time you come back, it's harder

You undercharge, over-deliver, and feel resentful, but raising your prices makes your chest tighten

You have a programme, a book, a course, an offer sitting in a Google Drive folder. It's been there for months, maybe years.

You keep telling yourself you need to be more ready before you put it out into the world

Inside the course

Here's what most business programmes won't tell you:

These problems aren’t confined to your business.

The woman who can't send the email is often the same woman who Says yes when she means no.

Carries everyone else's emotional weight. Waits until she's exhausted before admitting she's struggling.

Brushes off compliments but absorbs criticism like a sponge.

Your business isn't creating these patterns; it's revealing them, and that's exactly why another marketing course or accountability group hasn't fixed it.

Why you can't think your way out of this

You've probably been investing in yourself for years: therapy, books, courses, podcasts, and healing.

You understand your patterns well enough to explain them to someone else, but when it comes to the pricing conversation, the launch, the boundary, the decision or the creation—you hesitate, circle, and stay small.

That gap between knowing and doing isn't a discipline problem or a strategy problem. It's a nervous system problem.

Here's what's actually happening: when a woman grows up learning that being seen, taking up space, or asking for more carries risk, her nervous system learns to pull her back to safety. It's not conscious, and it’s not a choice. It's her body doing exactly what it was trained to do.

And this is where it gets painful: the shame doesn't just keep you stuck. It lives in your body.

When shame becomes chronic—when that inner critic runs so constantly you start to think it's just who you are—your nervous system stays locked in a freeze response.

Your body keeps pumping out stress signals with nothing to fight. Over time, that becomes the inflammation that won't shift, the gut issues, the hormonal chaos, the bone-deep exhaustion that no amount of rest seems to touch.

You're not afraid of success. You're afraid of more shame. The rejection, the dismissal, the exposure. What if I put my most precious work into the world and no one cares? What if they see me and I'm not enough?

This is not a mindset issue. This is your female nervous system protecting you from the thing it learned was dangerous: being fully visible.

Maybe you've even started telling yourself that a larger business that makes more money is not meant to be. That the universe is trying to tell you something. But that is not intuition; it’s self-abandonment dressed up as wisdom.

"I've spent years understanding my patterns, but nothing was actually changing. Working with Charli helped me see the patterns I couldn't see for myself, and for the first time, I feel like things are actually changing."

I know this because I've lived it.

I'm very good at creation, but I wasn't so good at following through.

I had a very difficult relationship with money: overspending, over-giving, seeing everything through the lens of lack, not being good enough, and shame, and trying to earn my worth by giving more of myself away.

But money was never the real problem. It was the teacher.

What changed for me was going down and in rather than up and out, to deeply understand my female body and my female nervous system.

This is where I take women now.

Why ATTUNE is different from everything else you've tried

Everything else taught you to understand your patterns. ATTUNE teaches your body to respond differently.

Therapy gives you insight. Courses give you knowledge. But the loop you're caught in doesn't live in your mind; it lives in your nervous system, and you cannot think your way out of a body-level pattern.

This is why understanding hasn't been enough, and why the shifts you've experienced before haven't quite held.

I've called this programme ATTUNE because that's what we're actually doing here—helping you find your way back to your own tune. Your own frequency. The rhythm your body already knows, but you've stopped hearing, because it's been buried beneath overthinking, over-functioning, and years of putting everyone else first.

ATTUNE works at the level where the patterns actually live, and it does that in your real life, not in a classroom, so the moments that used to pull you back into old patterns become the moments where your gut impulses and actions actually change.

The pricing conversation you keep avoiding—you instigate it without anxiety.

The launch you've been circling for weeks—you announce the start date.

The boundary with a client you know you need to hold—you build it into your contracts.

The offer you're afraid to put out—you run a beta test that brings new clients into your world.

The moment you almost apologise for having needs—you just say what it is you want without feeling like you have to defend it.

You'll leave with lived evidence that your business and your relationship with yourself are different now. Which means everything changes, including that income ceiling that would never budge before.

Here's how we break the cycle

Phase 1: Get Out of Your Head

The problem: You overthink every business decision until you're paralysed.

You sit down to write a post, an email, a price, and immediately you're in your head. You rewrite the first sentence. You question the timing. You wonder if you're the right person to say it at all.

A decision that should take five minutes takes the whole morning, results in ten slightly different drafts, or gets postponed entirely.

From the outside, you look fine, capable and together, but nobody sees the noise, or the cost: the offers that never get made, the content that never gets posted, the Etsy shop that never launches, and the growth that never happens because you can't get out of your own way.

Most women try to think their way through this: more planning, more clarity, and more accountability. But overthinking is what your nervous system does when it doesn't feel safe enough to move.

The answer: come out of your head and back into your body.

🌀

We start with Nervous System Mapping. You learn to recognise your own patterns: what collapse feels like, what anxiety feels like, what shutdown feels like. When you can name what's actually happening, you stop being hijacked by it.

🌀

Next, the Return to Body Practice—a way to interrupt the spiral and come back to yourself before it takes hold. Simple and repeatable. Something you can use on a Tuesday morning when you've been in your head for an hour instead of writing the email.

🌀

Then we Bridge the Gap between understanding and living it. That means finally sending the offer, raising your prices, making the decision you've been circling, and staying with yourself through the discomfort instead of abandoning yourself in the moment it gets hard.

The result: You make decisions and move on them. You post without spiralling. You price without apologising. Simple things feel simple again.

"When I started working with Charli, I believed I was different and broken, destined to be insecure and miserable forever. She has helped me see that I am okay, even when I don't feel it. Knowing that there's nothing wrong with me changed everything."

Phase 2: Break the Cycle

The problem: You swing between pushing and disappearing, and your business can't build momentum.

You know this pattern: a burst of energy—you show up, create, post, start getting replies, people are showing interest.

Then you feel the pressure, the overwhelm, and exhaustion sets in: you go quiet, the content stops, the email list sits, and you add another creative item to the pile in your bedroom.

You tell yourself you're resting, but the gap stretches, the guilt builds, and showing up again feels harder than it did before you stopped.

This isn't a time management problem. It's what happens when a woman has been over-functioning for too long—holding too much, giving too much, carrying everyone else, ignoring the quiet signals from her own body.

Eventually, her body says, enough.

Unless you find your way back to a regulated centre, you'll keep swinging between the push and the crash, and your business will never build real momentum, because there's nowhere for it to land.

The answer: build the internal steadiness that lets you show up consistently.

🌀

We look underneath the burnout cycle - at the over-functioning, the emotional suppression, and the chronic carrying of things that aren't yours to carry. This is the work most personal development skips.

🌀

We build Capacity - your ability to stay with the heat of an emotion without tipping over, to hold more without shutting down, not by pushing you to the centre of your rage and telling you to let it out, because that would be too much, too fast, too soon, and it sends your nervous system straight back into freeze.

We do this drop by drop, slowly and honestly, in real time.

🌀

Then we find the rhythm your body can actually sustain, week after week, without the cycle starting again.

The result:

Your energy becomes steadier.

You show up without the pressure because there's ground underneath you now.

You stop disappearing for weeks at a time.

Your business builds momentum because you can hold it.

Phase 3: Find Your Tune

The problem: You've become so good at giving that receiving—money, visibility, praise, help—feels genuinely unsafe.

You notice it everywhere:

Someone offers help: "No, it's okay, I've got it."

A client says something wonderful about your work: you brush it off.

You know you should raise your prices: the thought alone makes your stomach turn.

And in your business, this is costing you, because you undercharge, over-deliver, and avoid selling. You make yourself small when the work is asking you to be seen.

Underneath it all is a question many women carry, whether they recognise it or not: Is it really safe for me to take up this much space?

The answer, in your body, is currently no.

Your nervous system absorbed a lesson years ago: that standing out, claiming success, or daring to hold more than enough felt dangerous. Your body will continue to pull you back into the shadows until it truly discovers that this new way of being in the world is safe.

The answer: build the capacity to receive, and come home to your own tune.

🌀

We explore your relationship with money and value as a felt experience in your body, which is not a mindset exercise.

● Where does being fully valued feel exposing?

● Where does charging what you're worth feel dangerous?

🌀

We work on The Clean No—stopping the people-pleasing and honouring your own ground, and not just with clients, but with your family, your partner, the people you love. The fawning that drains your business energy happens everywhere, and it all draws from the same well.

🌀

We build Having Your Own Back—real evidence, built over time, that you can trust yourself.

● That when you say you'll launch, you launch.

● When you set a price, you hold it.

● When you show up, you stay.

The result: You stop shrinking. You charge what you're worth and don't walk it back. You sell without apologising. You put your work into the world and let it be seen, because your body no longer treats visibility as a threat. Your business begins to reflect who you're actually becoming, rather than what you've been able to sustain through over-functioning alone.

"I don't take things personally as I used to, and I have far greater awareness of both my own emotions and the emotions of the people around me. Working with Charli has changed my relationship with myself and with the people around me."

What actually changes

Let's be specific, because the changes need to be things you can see.

You publish without rewriting the email twelve times.

You raise your prices without spiralling.

You stop disappearing after two weeks of posting on Instagram.

You follow through on the launch that's been living in your head for a year.

The offer you're afraid to put out—you run a beta test that brings new clients into your world.

You press GO on your Etsy shop, and begin selling your beautiful creations.

You hold a boundary and stay with yourself through the discomfort.

And underneath those visible changes, the question "Who am I if I'm not holding everyone else together?" slowly stops feeling so frightening, and you begin to discover that there's someone underneath the carrying, proving, and over-functioning, who doesn't need to earn her worth.

You start to realise there was never anything wrong with you. You just didn't feel safe enough to trust yourself. And slowly, one ordinary moment at a time, you begin to stay with yourself where you would once have abandoned yourself.

The cost of not doing this

Let's be honest about what another year in this loop actually costs you.

It's the income you're not earning because you won't charge what you're worth.

It’s the pile of clothes/ bags/ shawls you have created that just keeps taking up more space.

It's the programme that stays in your Google Drive.

It's the clients you're not reaching because you keep going quiet.

It's watching women who are less experienced than you build the business you know you're capable of, and wondering what they have that you don't.

They don't have anything you don't; they just don't have your particular nervous system fighting them every step of the way.

And the longer this loop runs, the more evidence your body collects that this is just who you are: the woman who starts but doesn't finish, who knows but doesn't do, who has everything it takes except the ability to get out of her own way.

It doesn't have to be that way, and you already know it.

Here's how we work together

My best clients work with me for five months. Real change, the kind that lands in the body and stays, takes time.

💜 The System: We move through The Attune Path together: Get Out of Your Head, Break the Cycle, and Find Your Tune, with teaching, practice, and real-time application at every stage.

This isn't a linear curriculum. It's a living, cyclical space that meets you where you are.

💜 The Rhythm: Each week, we meet for one themed teaching and grounding session, and one live coaching and somatic session.

At the end of every month, there's an integration week, which is a space with no sessions, so the work has time to settle in your body rather than just your mind.

All sessions are recorded, and between sessions, you have ongoing support in our private community. The programme breathes - some months you'll have three weeks of sessions, some months four.

It moves with a living rhythm, not a rigid timetable, because the ATTUNE frame honours the feminine cycle.

💜 The Community: You'll be doing this work alongside other women who understand the patterns you're in because they're navigating them too.

There's something specific that happens when a woman does this kind of inner work in the company of other women: the accountability is gentler, the safety is real, and the moments when you'd normally drop off or go quiet become moments when you're held.

For many women, the group is the reason they stay, and staying is where the change happens.

Is this for you?

This works well if:

You're a coach, healer, or yoga teacher with a business, even if it's not where you want it to be yet

You've already done significant inner work, and you understand your patterns

You're not looking for someone to explain why you overthink; you want something to actually shift

You're tired of watching your business stall while you stay stuck in the same loop

You're ready to slow down, be honest with yourself, and do the work at the level where change actually happens

It's probably not the right fit if:

You're in an acute crisis or need immediate therapeutic support

You want someone to tell you what to post, how to price, or what to launch, because this isn't a business strategy programme

You're looking for a quick fix. This is deep work. It moves at the pace at which real things change.

You're ready for this work when you realise that understanding isn't enough, and you don't want another year of knowing exactly what's happening and still feeling stuck in it, while your self-worth and business pay the price.

What women say about working with me

★★★★★

"Charli's use of language, art, and music; her storytelling; her teachings; her intuition; her community of women; and her coaching calls have all touched and guided me deeply, wisely, and beautifully. I have always felt safe, held, honoured, valued, respected, appropriately challenged, held to account, and deeply listened to. I can see, hear and feel the transformation in myself from someone who felt stuck, invisible, quiet, scattered, and disconnected from herself to a woman who now understands herself, her history, her lineage, her female essence, her nervous system, her inner wisdom, her body and her voice." — Sally

★★★★★

"You have so much knowledge and skills around this; it's definitely worth the investment for me because this is work that raises the human consciousness for women." — Collette
