During this Circle, I will lead you through a meditation and two self-care feminine rituals which I wholeheartedly encourage you to make the space to take part in.

Please ensure you have some hand cream or oil, an essential oil if available, tarot cards or a postcard/ picture you love, a smudge stick/ incense or a candle (or all 3), and your favourite mug.
