A 7-day guided initiation into the mysteries of the deep feminine.
A space to begin reclaiming the parts of yourself that have been exiled.
A threshold into the sacred work of Sacred Descent.

At the heart of this journey, we weave the ancient story of the Selkie - the Seal Skin Woman
a myth of exile, longing, and the courageous return home to oneself.
Like the Selkie, many of us have lost touch with our true essence, our wildness, our knowing.
We have given away our skins, forgetting the way back.
But the skin is never truly lost.
It waits for us to remember.
This journey is an invitation to begin that remembering.
Each day, for 7 days, you will receive:

A pre-recorded audio/video to deepen into the themes of descent.

WhatsApp group to be witnessed and held as you journey

A gentle but powerful initiation into the depths, preparing you for the full Sacred Descent experience

"Call to Descent is not just a course—it’s a sacred passage. As a woman navigating a season of deep transition, I found in this space a mirror for my own inner journey. It helped me recognize that what felt like loss or unraveling was actually a powerful initiation—a descent into deeper knowing. The meditations, journal prompts, and shared wisdom gently guided me through the unknown, helping me trust the void instead of fearing it. This course is incredible for any woman standing at the threshold of change, hearing that quiet whisper of something new. It gave language to what I couldn’t name and strength to keep trusting the unfurling within myself. Thank you Charli ❤"

Why do we resist the descent?
The Selkie story begins with exile—she has lost her skin, her connection to her true nature. Like her, we have been conditioned to stay at the surface, to fear the depths. But the descent is not a fall; it is a return.
Here, we begin by witnessing where we have abandoned ourselves. What parts of you have been left behind in order to survive? This is not about fixing, but about remembering. The invitation today is to listen—where does the ache of exile live in your body?
What keeps us clinging to the surface?
The threshold is a place of tension—between the known and the unknown, the old self and the deeper truth. Often, we over-give, over-perform, or seek external validation because we fear what lies beneath.
Your sexual energy is creative energy—not just confined to intimacy, but the force that moves through your desires, dreams, and presence. Yet, for many, this energy has been fragmented. Today, we ask: Where has your energy been overextended, diluted, or used as currency? Where have you been leaking your power?
What have we suppressed or silenced?
Women have been taught to fear their depth. We have been told that power lies in performance, that our sexuality belongs to another, that to soften is to be weak. But the feminine wields her power—it is not something she has to earn.
Today, we gently witness the masks—the places where we have performed, silenced ourselves, or shaped ourselves to be palatable. As we descend, we allow these layers to unravel, making space for what is real beneath the facade.
Where does unexpressed emotion live in your body?
The Selkie feels the ache of separation—she remembers something she cannot name, a home she can no longer touch. In our own way, we have all held this longing.
Grief and rage are not obstacles to your power; they are gateways. Your body holds a lifetime—perhaps generations—of what was never spoken, never released. Today, we let the waters move. Where has your grief been held? Where has your rage been silenced? What would it feel like to give them permission?
Can you trust the stillness?
The Selkie, before she reclaims her skin, must sit in the unknown. The void is the place where all power is seeded, yet it is deeply uncomfortable because it asks us to surrender control.
Here, we rest. Not as passivity, but as presence. Can you allow yourself to be with the quiet hum of your being? To feel your own rhythm? To let your energy gather, rather than give it away?
What are you reclaiming?
The Selkie finds her skin. And when she does, she does not hesitate—she returns to herself without apology.
This is the moment of remembrance: You were never lost. Your depth, your power, your pleasure—it was always yours. Today, we begin the weaving back—drawing your energy home, closing the leaks, and feeling the hum of your sovereign presence.
How do we walk forward?
The descent is not an escape—it is a return to the world with deeper roots. Today, you walk forward with this power anchored in your body. You have touched the depths; now, you emerge changed.
This is the invitation to step into Sacred Descent—to continue this journey, not as a moment, but as a way of being.
"I really loved Charli Wall’s Call to Descent - the story telling and Charli’s use of words really spoke to me in a deep and poignant way as if written specifically for me and I found the meditations incredibly powerful and empowering.Asa result I feel more connected with myself and have a better understanding of some of my old conditioning and beliefs and gained a greater sense of personal strength, balance and confidence. Thank you for this fantastic programme which I will return to listen to time after time”
