I’ve spent over three decades walking with women through the landscapes of their nervous systems—from the raw edges of trauma and addiction to the quiet courage of coming home to their bodies.

Before this work became my calling, I was a mental health nurse, addictions specialist, personal trainer, and yoga teacher.

But it was my own descent—through loss, over-responsibility, and collapse—that truly taught me how the body holds what the mind cannot.

I know what it is to live in survival mode, to feel like you’re holding everyone and everything together while quietly falling apart inside.

And I know the moment when that holding starts to soften—when the body whispers “enough”

—can be the beginning of something sacred.

Now, through my Wild Awakening Retreats, my Circle, and this body of work, I guide women to remember their feminine nervous system—the

oxytocin-led, relational intelligence that governs how we love, heal, and feel safe.

This isn’t theory for me, it’s lived experience, woven with science, somatics, and soul.

Everything I teach is grounded in both study and truth lived through my own body.
