PHASE 1:
Understanding the Female Nervous System
Learn why you do what you do, not as a story about your past, but as a language your body is speaking right now. Fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and the uniquely female ways these blend and show up in your daily life. This is where the self-criticism starts to soften into self-understanding.
PHASE 2:
Meeting What's been Frozen
Gently. Not forcing, not efforting. Through breath, sound, and subtle movement, you'll start to soften into the places you've been bracing—the tightness in the throat, the armour around the heart, the patterns that live in the body, not the mind. No performance required.
PHASE 3:
Coming home to Yourself
Building daily practices that actually fit a female nervous system—rhythmic, relational, oxytocin-led. Not rigid routines you'll fall off, but a felt sense of safety you can return to. This is where you stop needing the outside world to tell you that you're okay.

I know what it is to be the woman on this page.
I spent years over-functioning, over-giving, and performing my way through life while my body quietly kept score. I've been a mental health nurse, an addictions specialist, a personal trainer, and a yoga teacher.
I've sat with women in the raw edges of trauma and addiction and watched what happens when a woman finally feels safe enough to stop performing.
It was my own descent—through loss, exhaustion, and the particular collapse of a woman who's been holding everything for everyone—that taught me what no training could. The body holds what the mind cannot carry alone.
Everything I teach is woven through a female nervous system lens, which means no forcing, no efforting, no performing your healing for anyone, including me.
